Feel like donating your old one to a worthy cause?

If you can't tell, I'm pointing at myself right now.

Sinjinn, you looking for a gaming machine or just another machine for household needs?

I've got a few spares of varying age, I might be able to put something half decent together, nothing great, but half decent. Depending on how far away you are you may need to cover shipping though. I'm in MD, just on the Delaware border now.

MMMmmmm Tagei have you registered over there??

Sure am. As Taigei. Not too much going on there, though, it seems.

I'm afraid it's going to be a lot of "Don't make another WoW" and the remainder split up between "Don't make another SWG" to some old timers saying "Make it like SWG should have been".

One or two interesting threads out there, this one caught my attention.

I especially like the idea of player housing in space stations. Very Star Wars, and could potentially solve a lot of the clutter problems of player-placed housing we saw in SWG.

LOL I just sent you a PM with email server settings and asking if there were any interesting SWTOR threads.

I have feeling the fansy non-beta discussion is going to be very interesting to me.

EDIT: Just reread what I wrote. I meant the non-beta discussion probably "isn't" going to be very interesting to me.

I can't help but wonder if TOR will get a truly unbiased chance in the eyes of potential players. Love it or hate it SWG has become the benchmark for any future Star Wars based games.

Additionally, SWTOR is being developed here in Austin alongside the SWG team, and it's confirmed that the two teams are comparing notes. I think it'll be interesting to see what new developments in SWG will continue to influence SWTOR, since they don't want to make the same game. Would it be possible that SWTOR will look the other way when it comes to some features so they can claim to be making a different game?

They've also claimed to be drawing on the experiences of WAR, since they both fall under EA. With greater than 700k subscribers after opening, WAR might really be on to something and hopefully SWTOR players will be able to benefit.

I guess the idea is to expand the franchise player base, but I wonder how many SWG players are going to migrate to SWTOR.

I am very optimistic for this game. I think that bioware may have some initial problems (not as big as SOE did) but things will get smoothed out real quick. I can't WAIT.

There is a new video on there site showing some actual gameplay and more info on the feel of the game. I'm so excited!

Miss you all!
